SMLEREVISE is a specialized educational platform designed to assist medical professionals and students in preparing for the Saudi Medical Licensing Examination (SMLE). Our services include question banks, mock exams, and high-yield study notes.

By using our Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and a medical student or professional. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited; each account is for a single user only.

We offer subscription-based access to our Question Bank.

1. Free Practice: The 21 practice questions remain free. New paid subscriptions do not include a full-access free trial. Existing trials retain their previously granted access and billing terms.

2. Billing Cycle:

• Monthly Plan: The first payment is charged at checkout. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled.
• 3-Month Plan: One-time payment at checkout for 3 months of access. Does not auto-renew.
• Monthly + Mock Bundle: The first payment includes the monthly subscription and the one-time Grand Mock setup fee. Future renewals charge the monthly subscription only.

3. Payment: By providing a payment method and completing checkout, you authorize the applicable fees shown at checkout and, for monthly plans, subsequent monthly renewals until cancelled.

4. Cancellations: You may cancel monthly renewal at any time via your Dashboard. You retain access until the end of your paid billing period. Cancellation does not refund an existing charge.

5. Payment Processing: Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, and are also subject to their terms and conditions. Applicable taxes are included or handled as shown at checkout.

We do not offer refunds once a charge has occurred. Try the 21 free questions before subscribing. Paid plans charge at checkout. You may cancel monthly renewal at any time to stop future billing and keep access until the paid period ends. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

To maintain the integrity of our platform and mock exams, we use security measures including window focus tracking, screenshot detection, and answering-pattern analysis (including speed and timing). These signals may prompt a policy reminder and manual review; a detection does not establish that a screenshot was taken.

Screenshot reports do not automatically ban, lock, or log out your account. Further violations may result in a permanent account ban after manual review. Other restrictions may be applied by an administrator following review. Existing daily-use limits continue to apply.

Protected study content must not be captured or redistributed. Downloads explicitly provided by the platform and screenshots of permitted results and review pages remain allowed. Contact support if you believe activity has been reported incorrectly.

Grand Mocks are designed to simulate the high-stakes environment of the actual SMLE. While they provide a scaled score (200–800) and predictive analytics to gauge your readiness, they are intended for practice and self-assessment purposes.

Our High Yield Notes are condensed summaries focusing on the most frequently tested concepts. They are intended to supplement, not replace, comprehensive medical textbooks and standard clinical guidelines.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal study. You agree not to: (a) Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content; (b) Share your login details with others; (c) Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service.

All content on SMLEREVISE, including text, graphics, logos, question databases, and software, is the property of SMLEREVISE or its licensors and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is a serious violation depending on the jurisdiction.

If you post comments or feedback, you grant us the right to use, display, and modify such content for the operation and improvement of the Service. You agree that your contributions will be professional and free of illegal or infringing material.

The content provided is for educational and exam preparation purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice or diagnosis. Always rely on your professional training and standard clinical protocols when treating patients.

We do not guarantee exam results, passing scores, or licensure outcomes. SMLEREVISE is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to exam results, loss of data, or service interruptions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, specifically regarding account sharing, content theft, or security circumvention.

Accounts suspended or terminated for cause (including account sharing, content theft, screenshot capture, or use of automated tools) are not eligible for refunds of any remaining subscription period, and any pending charges remain due. Termination for cause does not entitle you to compensation, credits, or proration.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect data necessary for your account and exam performance analytics. Account deletion requests will permanently remove personal identifiers while anonymizing performance data for global statistics. Security and anti-cheating telemetry (such as window focus events, screenshot detection, and answering-pattern analytics) is collected and processed to protect exam integrity, as described in Section 4.

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We may also modify subscription plans, features, or pricing at any time with reasonable notice; such changes apply to subsequent billing cycles.
