SMLEREVISE is a specialized educational platform designed to assist medical professionals and students in preparing for the Saudi Medical Licensing Examination (SMLE). Our services include question banks, mock exams, and high-yield study notes.

By using our Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and a medical student or professional. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited; each account is for a single user only.

We offer subscription-based access to our Question Bank.

1. Billing Cycle:

• Monthly Plan: Billed every month. Auto-renews until cancelled.
• 6-Month Plan: One-time payment for 6 months of access. Does not auto-renew.

2. Payment: By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

3. Cancellations: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time via your Dashboard. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

All sales are final. Because SMLEREVISE offers immediate access to digital content, we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused content. If you have a billing issue, please contact us.

To maintain the integrity of our mock exams, we employ security measures including window focus tracking and screenshot detection. Any attempt to copy content, capture screenshots, or use unauthorized tools during an exam may result in an immediate automated logout and potential permanent account suspension.

Grand Mocks are designed to simulate the high-stakes environment of the actual SMLE. While they provide a scaled score (200–800) and predictive analytics to gauge your readiness, they are intended for practice and self-assessment purposes.

Our High Yield Notes are condensed summaries focusing on the most frequently tested concepts. They are intended to supplement, not replace, comprehensive medical textbooks and standard clinical guidelines.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal study. You agree not to: (a) Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content; (b) Share your login details with others; (c) Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service.

All content on SMLEREVISE, including text, graphics, logos, question databases, and software, is the property of SMLEREVISE or its licensors and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is a serious violation depending on the jurisdiction.

If you post comments or feedback, you grant us the right to use, display, and modify such content for the operation and improvement of the Service. You agree that your contributions will be professional and free of illegal or infringing material.

The content provided is for educational and exam preparation purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice or diagnosis. Always rely on your professional training and standard clinical protocols when treating patients.

SMLEREVISE is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to exam results, loss of data, or service interruptions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, specifically regarding account sharing, content theft, or security circumvention.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect data necessary for your account and exam performance analytics. Account deletion requests will permanently remove personal identifiers while anonymizing performance data for global statistics.

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
